Acupuncture in Pregnancy

In many European countries, as well as Australia and New Zealand, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM),  including acupuncture, Chinese herbology, and nutritional intervention, is provided as a regular part of prenatal care. Christina   has been providing this same specialized maternity care to  women since 1995.  Many women seek care for a specific health issue during their pregnancy.   Acupuncture can  be particularly helpful in preventing complications in high-risk pregnancies.   Christina has a long track record of providing natural  and alternatives for  many different prenatal  health issues. In all cases,  she requires pregnant  patients  be under  the care of a midwife or obstetrician  to receive acupuncture treatment.  In some cases she will require a referral from the primary pregnancy provider.   Christina has experience treating the following conditions (listed below) during pregnancy.  You can read more about acupuncture in different trimesters here and postpartum care here.
